Connecting problem, files missing?

So, for the past few days, every server I try to connect to gives the same error after kicking me out of the server.
I've tried just about everything that I can think of, reinstalling arma 2 and OA, reinstalling every mod. But to no avail. Do any of you guys know whats causing it, or how to solve it?
