Trouble with Dayz

I've been having trouble getting Dayz to work. My friend and i were trying to join servers on playwithsix but we were both missing files, like veh, weap, items, obj, etc...   we ended up playing through steam but the same thing was happening with the servers on steam, things were missing. i verified my files for arma 2, arma 2 oa, and dayz and the files were all there.

 

 

any suggestions?? what are some good reliable servers?

oh, I think I need a different version of dayz to join the servers. where are different versions??

the six launcher should provide every files you need in order to play on any of the servers. Make sure you are using the same version of arma and the mod. Also make sure you aren't trying to connect to a server which uses a different mod, e.g Epoch or if you really want to play on that server, download the mod e.g Epoch then.
