1. My aiming sights seem to have gone, any idea why? how do i get them back? (The green sight you see infront of you when you aim without right clicking) I use the M9 and AKM. Please help.

Its so hard without them.

Are you maybe playing on a server that has the crosshairs disabled?

Crosshairs, 3rd person view, nametags, waypoints, mapupdates, global chat and other things can be disabled server-side. So if you really want to play with CH you should look for a server with recruit settings or "ch:on" or something similar in the name.
