Problem with sbh. Paranoia

I have un-installed ARMA and stuff a couple times to fix previous problems and now I have this problem when I get into the game and almost fully load into it. Can someone please help?

you cannot play/edit this mission it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted. sbh. Paranoia
