Wowaka - Possible hacker?

Server this happened on: SE 4 Pandemic Legion

What happened during the incident: I heard some loud booms near Kamenka. Went to check it and:

I don't know but it seems pretty weird that someone is flying an F-35 on a dayz server + he/she had M16A2 with 7 clips, NV-goggles etc.

Well I can't make sense of the above. Are you accusing me for hacking? Also to my eye it seems kind of weird that your first post on these forums is to this thread... (Yes it's my first post to these forums too but I'm just a noob :) )
