Through the wall ladder death + resurrection (fixed format)

What happened:

Bit of an odd subject line I know, not sure how else to sum the issue up though! So I was scavenging inside the grey tower of what looks to be an electrical plant at the western edge of Elektro, had some walkers down bellow struggling to make their way up the stairs so I wasn't in a huge rush to get out. As I walked between the second and third floors though, I noticed the ladder indicator - but as there were no ladders I didn't think much of it. Shortly after, things got a bit hectic, the zombies made it up and I must have accidentally hit my middle mouse wheel because BAM, I was climbing the ladder on the outside of the tower I as just in. I had enough time to chuckle, then I dropped dead. Here's where it get's interesting though...

After relogging expecting to start a new character, I instead find myself in the first person view of my dead body - sticking directly out the side of this tower at an angle. I can hear the flies, but I can't move or type because I have an reeallly long hour glass ticking away (the unconscious/stunned thing). After that went away though, I was still looking through the eyes of my corpse, embedded waste deep into the side of this tower looking out at the hillside. I had full health, all my gear, I simply couldn't move.

I rebooted the game and joined another server and found myself unscathed inside the tower. However I when I when I decided to re-join the server this all happened on, my game stopped responding.

Bit of an odd bug - ultimately no real consequence in the end aside from a bit of a laugh and some confusion (and potentially an issue playing on that that particular server again).
