Freeze - Steam crash and internet shout down

Hi there! I've googled a lot but didn't find a valid solution.

I've got a pair of strange issues with Dayz Standalone, and i would like to know if maybe thery're related.

Firstly, sometimes the game freeze (yesterday the games froze 4 time in 20 minutes when i was in Svetlo and it was my first time there so i'm scare it'll freeze today too). When the game freeze i have to shut down Dayz from the Task Manager because it doesn't respond, and Steam  stops to work too.  If i try to reopen steam nothing happen and i have to wait some minutes before i can re-launch steam.

 

Another issue (not sure if related) is that when i log out from a server (kick - disconnection - manual logout), internet stops working for some minutes. I can't see any server on the list, i can't use Chrome and sometimes Teamspeak  disconnect too. It's like the exit from a server licks all my connection.

 

I'll play this evening maybe, and i want to try disintalling PANDA ANTIVIRUS, because i read that a lot of people have issues with this antivirus and Dayz.

Just like to know if someone had the same issues (i only found old topic) and some possibly fix if disintalling PANDA will not work.
