Dayz Standalone not loading

I tried to fix the pixilation bug and went to user interference and clicked the first option in the menu. To fix the bug I had to keep switching them. I did it like twice then scrolled all the way to the bottom and clicked the second to last option ( the one right above windows mode). Right when I did that my game crashed and I had to x out of it by hitting the close button on my desktop. Ever since then whenever I try to load the game it just shows up on my taskbar but when I click it nothing happens except it flickers black for a little bit but that's it. Can anyone help me. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restoring it but nothing worked.
