Server with 64 players? Safe?

Hi, today i found this server with 64 players slot.

Is this safe to play?(yesterday i found one with 100 players, but i dont have screenshot to show)

I have seen servers with 0 on it and once I join I checked for players in the server and the server is half full. If the server restarts every couple of hours, its morning in the server and it has zero players its a lie.Also set your search to look for servers with max 100 ping, last thing you want is lagging into a wall lol.
