Glitch?

I was on the second floor of the fire station. Facing the locker. Suddenly, I got hit with the all-too-familiar "You Are Dead" screen. A bug, glitch, or really long-range sniper? You decide.

If you were stood stationary you probably didn't fall through the floor/walls. Most likely a sniper or a melee attack with no sound as sometimes that happens.
