Error when character spawns

I get this: "Warning: preNLOD format in object

ca\misc3\wf\wf_field_hospital_west.p3d" - when I spawn (logging in works fine, I can choose my gender and shit.. But I get the error when I spawn and it shuts down my game completly). I've tried to reinstall my game TWICE. I've installed the mod once manually and once via six launcher. But its still the same error even though the reinstalls. Help would really be appriciated, thanks.

Are you using Steam?

If so, you need to do the following:

1. Start Steam

2. Go to "Library"

3. Right click ArmA 2, go to properties and verify cache

4. Repeat step 3 with ArmA 2: OA, then start both ArmA 2 & ArmA 2: OA once to re-install Battleye

5. Play
