Where do you find morphine?

Apart from hospitals and military tents? what about deerstands? what other buildings?

Also I noticed that there ain't no hospitals in the north part of the map west or east. So if I'm in the north with a broken leg (like I am now) I'm pratically dead.

Thats why before you go exploring keep atleast 2 blood, morphine, pills etc in your back pack. Also enough food and drink, i always carry quite alot of supplys to keep me going

Generally in Hospitals and some army tents. As medical supplies also have a chance to spawn as part of a military loot spawn, you sometimes can be lucky with checking out hunting stands or other military loots spots, I think its like a 1.21% chance to spawn medical items and an even lower chance for morphine.

Else wise follow Targetts advice.
