Graphical Issue!

So, I just bought DayZ for 30$ and I was dissapointed to find there was an issue. Right when I started it up, everything seemed zoomed in and pixelated. I managed to navigate to the settings menu. It is also worthy to mention that I could not see my cursor move and used the keyboard arrow keys. You can see it in the screenshot below.

No, the quality is not the screenshot. Also, I am on a laptop that is connected to a desktop monitor via VGA cable, though I tried it without the monitor, and had the same issue.

Your resolution is set really low, I think it says 640x400 rendering resolution, but it says its at 200% so your actual display resolution is 320x200(the exact same as the photo). Try to change the resolution to 1920x1080 or whatever your laptop's screen supports in the config files. 

 

Documents > DayZ > DayZ.cfg

You want to change Resolution_W and Resolution_H according to your monitor's native resolution.
