Dayz stuttering on all servers

Hello, I am in need of help as I am completely tiured of this. My game constantly stutter, whenever i walk or turn the camera around my game freezes for a second, and this happens like every 4-5 seconds, making the game unplayable.

Changing the video settings does not affect anything. It happens even if I put everything on low or max it out. My pc should be able to handle the game without problems, and this si driving me mad.

However, this does not happen in arma 2 singleplayer. I have 0 stutter when Im in the single. I have tried playing on many servers, on all of them I am getting this stuttering. Reinstalling the game did not help.

Intel i5 3570 3.4 ghz

Asus gtx 660

Psu corsair cx500

memory: corsair vengeance 4gb x2

Hdd: wdc1002faex

I'm having the exact same issue,i can play fine for 30min,then i got some fps drop and the image and sound starts to stutter each time i move camera,if i just run it stay smooth.

When i come back on desktop stuttering is still present the only way to fix it is to reboot.

 

I tried a lot of things but nothing worked so far.

 

I think its battleye.
