What is this city called and where is it?

So I spawned in this city, and was instantly attracted to it by It's brilliant scenery.

The problem is, I cannot find a sign that tells me the name of the city.
 

An answer will be very appreciated, Thank you.

Chernaya Polana is also right next to it up a hill, just a tip for navigation :P
