Stuck

A zombie pushed me into the damn boarded up room in the Police Station. Why is this ever here if you cant gain access to it? This character has been alive for 3 weeks and I need to get out. Dying is not an option.

Is there a glitch i can do?

try vaulting/jumping and rolling and stuff. It usually works. Press yourself against the corner of the room and try to vault out.

It doesn't let me vault in the corner anymore, must be prevention for glitching. This is really annoying and Im hydrated and full so t would take me hours to die.
