easy respawn/death fix needed.

I broke both of my legs and wanted to respawn, so I jumped off a dock to drown but can't... I get the you are dead message, but I can't click on respawn.  And when I take 5 mins to switch servers I just am dropped back in the same place and have to drown.  There is no way I can crawl out from where I am.  It would take a year 1+ of ~10 seconds of crawling at a time.
