Taking Guns apart

Recommended Posts

Just a small suggestion that I have never seen before on the forums

Guns at the moment have the Buttstock,Handle sights, and magazines. What if when you take the components off the rifle you would be able to place the gun in your backpack.

It would not place you at a significant advantage as you would have to reassemble the gun again to use it and it would take up space in the backpack, but it would allow you to adapt to the situations you find your self in if you have that gun.

I'll take triggers from every gun in military areas but leave the gun, so server hoppers can rage.

I hope they will add something like this, not only for the mp5 and the shotgun. And I don't even think that it will be even a little bit unbalanced once we get a decent stamina, volume and weight system.

taking guns apart could be an interesting way to disarm a player without having to confiscate his gun/bullets as a temporary measure.

Sounds nice, just give it an animation of fidgeting with the hands for everything swapped out. The only issue would be with mounting and dismounting optics on your rifle. You shouldn't be able to rip it off or put it on in seconds, but because there no option to switch between your irons and scope with it still mounted, it should be exempted from the animation.
