Are bicycle's 2 seats?

i just came across a bicycle and would like to know if its 1 or 2 seats. the wiki says 2, but it doesn't look like it. can anyone confirm how many seats a bicycle has?

i've only seen one person riding one at a time

so i'd say its just a 1 seater

the dirtbike is two seater tho

The few I found were 1 seat, I don't know if there are different versions.
