Resolution Issues - Please help, unplayable

I first toyed around with launch options and put "-w 1920 -h 1080" and that didn't work. So I then went to DayZ.cfg and changed the resolution w/h and render w/h and that worked at first. After playing a while I must of hit a button or something and my screen resolution got huge and now everytime I open dayZ no mater what settings I change everything is extremely grainy and large. I keep editing the config file to try and fix it and nothing is working at all...

why would you toy with config and launch options if you can set the resolution in the game?

 

apart from that, there is approx. one dozen threads related to the currently persisting issue of resolution settings bugging out, and how to solve them.. have you tried the approaches outlined there?
