Cant launch arma oa and dayz mod

i instaled the new update for arma 2 oa.. now when i try to run it, without any program just the icon on desktop  i see this 

same thing with dayz commander

Try going to your Steam Games library

 

Goto properties

Then Betas and change the Opt into to Beta-

Then goto Dayz Mod in game library and properties

Then beta and change opt to  , to 1.8

 

That seemed to work for me , I hope it helps.
