yes a bus has aprox. 50 item slots, move around the bus till the "gear" option appears in your scroll menu and hit enter.

Yes, most of the vehicles have storage, just like tents. I like tents better. No one can drive them away... ;P

Buses are weird, to access the gear, you must go into the "Back" (Non Driver Position) of the bus. From then, press the g key, and you can access the buses gear.

Buses DO NOT have the ability to access gear from the outside.
