Arma 2: OA does not open

Guys, I installed everything right. But when I click "Launch Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead", load the game, appears a command prompt and nothing else happens. Could anyone help me?

are you using 6 Updater? if not download it and use it its much easier to use and alot less problems then manual install

Hmmm well first of all do you have the beta patch installed?

Second if you do, do you have the launcher/executable pathed right? That is when you launch the game is it using the Arma 2 Beta Patch executable? Whatever you use to launch the game (sixupdater, steam, or Arma 2 Launcher) , it needs to be pathed to the beta patch executable.

c:/programfiles/steam/steamapps/common/arma2operationarrowhead/launcharma2OABetaPatch

Note your path to the directory may differ.
