.1% PER spawn.. so if there were like 20 spawns at Stary Sobor (As an example) it was more like 2% chance of finding one any given time you went there.

 

That doesn't account for other players having looted the tents already.

True.. but then there were respawns too. :) I'm just saying, GPS could be difficult I agree, but it wasn't as difficult as NVG's or Rangefinders. :)
