DayZ not finding Overwatch

For some reason when I launch an overpoch server from commander this error appears.

I am aware that a way to fix this is by checking overwatch in the expansions tab, but for some reason it doesn't show up. It does show up however when I open OA straight from steam and not from commander. In the install/update tab for commander is does say everything is up to date. Thanks guys.
