Inventory Organization Redone

I really wish they would capitalize organization of your inventory. At the moment you can put weapon mags in protector cases inside your backpack and can still reload on the jiffy. Considering we already have assault/HC Vests, I think they should have the most benefit for storing mags. This is where a "Take your backpack off to interact with it" function could easily be put in. Say you wanted to access your backpack: Clicking the backpack would put you in an animation where you take the pack off of your back, set it on the ground, and open it (zipping noise from the mod). If you wanted access to your pants / jacket / vest, they could easily replicate the inventory animation from Arma 3. From a reloading standpoint, vest would result the quickest reload time, pants / jacket would result a decent (but not the fastest) reload, and the backpack would result the slowest (considering you'd have to take the backpack off, remove the mag, put the pack back on, and load the mag in).

 

Organizing your inventory needs to be a huge factor.

I hope they will work that out quite soon, along with a weight system and a decent damage system. 1 Bullet destroys 1 backpack. It didn't make me stop kos at all, just made it less wonderful.

I like those ideas.

I was just musing about:

 

I wish they would change reload system. I would like if only items in tactical vest, pants or jacket, could be put onto hotbar.

Also that if you had ammo in tac vest, pants or jacket, you could chamber your weapon by simply pressing "R", even if you did not have magazine.

 

TAB would be then used for accessing backpack and if you pressed it, your character would stop and kneel, same as was in mod.

All this running while shuffling through backpack is a bit nonsence and I feel it should go away.
