dayz sxreen resolution cannot go pass 640x400

When i start dayz the screen resolution locks up at some very low vallue and i cannot chanege it .

The happens on a laptop with amd hd gpu using win 8.1

Any help pls

Other games and 3d apps run fine including arma3 so i assume the drivers are ok

go into your Documents folder and find the Folder listed as DayZ open the folder and there should be 3-4 Files inside, One saying DayZ.cfg   open that with notepad and it should look like this. Change what i have Bolded and underlined to the respective Resolution you want.

or . . . go to Settings / Video / USER INTERFACE and here change your resolution and aspect ratio . . . restart the game and than you can switch rendering resolution ;-)

While we're playing with our configs, change these to 1. ;)
