Dayz/aram 2 and arma 2 OA no entry error

Hello people i have posted and looked EVERYWHERE! and the only solution i have found is via steam repair but i didn't buy it on steam. Arma 2 OA won't launch for me, it says 'no entry cfg worlds' Then when i press OK it goes on to say 'shaders not valid' Anyone have any idea on how to fix this issue what doesn't include re installing it? Because i tried that but that messed up, when i uninstalled the game and went to re install it wouldn't let me, it kept saying i already have it downloaded. I have the game Via Bohemia website not steam, this means i don't have an OA folder in my Arma folders like all the steam users. So many of the fix's wont work because i need that folder to delete or add something into, but because i don't have it and the file i need is else where i cannot find it Also when i launch normal Arma it says no entry 'profilepathdefault', When i go to uninstall it now via the uninstall option in my folder it says '!!! MISSING STRING'.

 

Please help, i really cannot find a solution and there is no way to get any help apart from posting this on every forum i can find. I even tried to uninstall via Revo uninstaller but i still get the same message and it fails to uninstall. I dare not delete anything manually for further damage.
