CB radio (direct chat from longer didtances)

in some major cities and some smaller towns there could be functioning CB radios with different channels (ex. channels A B C D or 8 CB'S so people could talk directly over great distances) people are probably aware that the regular direct chat doesn't always work, so this CB radio idea could be in a later patch (update). an advantage? you could find out if there is a friendly person in a town close to you, without talking in the side channel attracting bandits or other players.
