Looking for small clan ~20 people max DayZ SA

I am looking for a well established clan that knows what they are doing. Smaller the better, I don't like to travel in packs max 5 people at a time. I would like to join other people with good communication skills, excellent accuracy and knows their surroundings.

Looking for a clan with people that are mature 18+. 

 

Stats:

Can travel Chernarus without a map, excellent with a compass. 

Can pick off a moving target around 300-500m

Usually go for a one hit kill, I wait before I kill to make sure my bullet hits them and kills them on the first shot to limit my location.

I move in a tactical manner

I only carry the supplies I need

I have a mic, and a good rig
