Need help on walking in DayZ

So I was playing DayZ,got a really bad spawn.I said "hell,imma run 25minutes" after my index finger got so tired from pushing "W" I came here for help,is there any macro or anything to "autorun" in this game?

I've got the G19 and Naga and I've never, ever understood how to set a macro. My F1-10, G1-10 and Mouse 1-12 ALL do the same thing and it's really starting to piss me off.
