No Servers popping up to join.

So I just downloaded DayZ Ive been wanting it forever and finally got it today from my boyfriend on steam. I just finished getting it downloaded got on and bam no servers. I went to the internet tab not the lan and nothing is there not sure really what else to do. I found some ip's that I put in and nothing showed up. Any suggestions?

Try adjusting your filter settings.. I believe ping is set at 50 so change it to 0 :)
