Magic (bugged) drink cans

I've just discovered that my hardcore character is a lucky owner of infinite Spite and NotaCola cans. I can drink them all I want, they gieve me hydration and energy and are never disappearing.

 

I don't know how this happened.

I think they are bugged. Picked them from military building in military base near Veresnik (south from NWAF).

And my bugged cans are gone.

 

After long and full of adventures life my character got killed by infamous zombie head shot in Zelonogorsk.
