Where to find the most people?

Alright, so when dayz Standalone came out I dropped about 100 hours within the first two or so weeks. And slowly stated to play less and less. Throughout most servers there were all the Balota spawns so you could always find some people there. Then they changed the spawns around plenty of times and Electro started to be very popular. But I haven't followed patch notes or played in a while.

 

So on a server with 35+ people; where am I most likely to find people?
