Vehicle Question

If a vehicle respawns (or spawns), is there any chance, that there are items in it? Maybe items from before the respawn? If not, that means any car you find should be empty, unless somebody has put something in it already.

Some vehicles spawn with gear inside. I believe the off-road pickup for example always spawns with flares, beans, and a CZ550 (no ammo).

not sure iv have found the odd food empty canteen or trashh in vehicles dunno if put there or spawns with them but i will say everytime iv found a tractor it always has a empty whiskey bottle in it lol

And if a vehicle respawns (after not used for 7 days) the items are still inside it? (If respawn is the same vehicle, i think so, if not, than basic loot only in it)
