Hello, Need help Moding

I have spent just about 2 weeks trying to install mods to my server, and due to my inexperience, i have been having alot of issues. I have watched many tutorial videos, and seemingly as I get one mod to work, and install another, they both end up not working at all. I was hoping I could pay someone to walk me through and teach me how to mod my server. I do have ts3, and it would be great learn how to mod this game. I do have mioding experience with MoH; Allied assault through pakscap, but this is a different breed, and id rather do it myself, then pay the server company to do everything for me.
