How to Heal?

Well I've taken some damage and I was wondering if there was a way to heal without getting a blood transfusion from another player.

Could I possibly just rest, eat, and drink water?

Canned food recover 200 blood,

Meat recovers 800 blood, its the next best thing to blood transfusion.

If you notice that your bleeding, bandage yourself.

If your shaking while aiming take pain killers.

If you see a broken done on the right side of the screen, use morphine.

Eating food will heal 200 and meat 800 as Freon said.

meat is acquired from animals BTW, you need a hunting knife to gut them, then you need firewood (can be harvested with a hatchet or found) and matches to make a camp fire and cook the meat.

Oh I have two boxes! :D its just they are much less common than hunting knives and hatchets.

I've always found hunting knives to be harder to find :s

It sucks running around with 2/3 of the items just hoping to find the last missing piece.
