Antibiotics?

I found antibiotics in a hospital for the first time after 50+ hours of play.

When do you use those? I'm not sure if I've suffered any symptoms that required them.

When you get infected, usally happens when tempature dips below 36 or something like that. You are a lucky bastard :D

You use them when your player starts coughing.

In my experience they never seem to spawn in the med boxes out the back or on top of the hospitals. I've only found them in one of the boxes inside after smashing the glass on the front. A lot riskier but it depends how much you need them. I was coughing like a mofo once and had no choice but to head to berezino hospital. Every time ive done a run into berezino hoapital though ive only ever found one box each run, though more often than not i dont find any.

I was killed by a couple bandits shortly after. Four times in under an hour.

Killed one of them with an axe and now I have an alice pack +full stock weapons/food/meds, but the one holding my antibiotics disconnected to avoid death. He was bleeding pretty bad though.
