i need a new instance ID for a new server, can i use the same instance ID for each other server?

i have the DayZ Server Install Guide. Server Admin Staff [email protected] send me an email. in the email i a text like

"Make sure you have your instance ID from the DayZ Staff. If you do not have one, you can request one here." and the link is

i dont understand ...?! help me pls
