SHADOW Glitch on >High Settings

Hello, I've posted this thread quite a few weeks ago with no results. So I'm posting it again.

As the title says, on any Shadow settings high or greater, I get the following white box that follows me everywhere:

If I move outside this box, it "follows" me and and is constantly shifting.

If I revert the settings to "normal" shadows, the box disappears...so how can I get rid of this box while maintaining high shadows?
