DayZ Lag On every sort of setting

Hi,

 

When playing DayZ whether it be on very high settings or very low settings I pretty much always get the same frame rates, Both in towns and in the open ( But Frames in the open is obviously better but only by 10 - 15 frames ).  I've tried turning off anti-aliasing etc and still no real improvement. My Pc isn't exactly bad,

 

It's a....

AMD FX 6300 3.5ghz Six Core 

8gb crucial ballistix DDR3 1600mhz RAM

AMD Radeon R9 270X 2gb

When in any town big or small my frames always average at around 26 frames on any setting I put it on. 

Now I know it may just be the game being badly optimized but I just wanted to make sure. 

 

Any help would be useful.
