Launch parameters not working.

A while back I could boot up Dayz in about 4 seconds now it takes like 20 seconds. These are the launch parameters that I use 

-nosplash -noPause -cpuCount=4 -maxMem=8192 -exThreads=4. It should remove the character in the menu and it should be white sceen only, that was the reason I could boot dayz really fast now it wont go away. Anyone know why?
