I dont want to feed the troll, and I will just answer you : I find mine in a helicrash. Look for them because it is your best chance of surviving !

Of course they are hard to found, and the NVGs there are at 0,43% of spawnrate, but it is really worth it .

You would probably die a thousand times before gathering all that stuff, many many hours of gameplay just to START shooting people on the back? Too much effort for nothing, in my opinion.

If i wanted to become a bandit, the average gear is fine, an enfield with some regular supplies.

You would get more things from the people you killed, so that's ok.
