DayZ Standalone fps trouble when recording

Im talking about Dayz Standalone btw.

Ok so at the moment my cpu is na i5-4460 (my graphic is an old radeon 6670, but anyways im just playing on the lowest setting) When NOT recording it handles dayz 50-73fps outside the towns in towns 30-50 When im trying to record the game while being on a fucking field it drops to 29-30 and it keeps in that range 29-30. I also have the Boost technology enabled and what is wired it boosts the cpu to 3,4 when not recording but when recording it drops it back to 3,2 DAFFUQQ Ive been able to record it yesterday with 60fps no problem did something fucked up or what. Im recording with dxtory 72p on a fast HDD drive.
