Can Someone please help? DayZ problem

I have downloaded all the updateds and versions I need for dayz mod and it still is not working I click on join server and then nothing happens and arma opens at the bottom then when I try click on the arma tab just my arrow changes to the arma arrow and then nothing else happened I can not see the game or anything please help
