Dayz Standalone Message on screed " I NEED A SHIT "

So i joined in a server there and for the first time i get a message on the bottom left of the screen expecting it to be hunger or thirst but no it pops up "I need a shit" followed by "I need a pee" 

Anyone else get this?!?!

These are just server messages that admins set to mess with players. Once my character told me "I feel like having a wank"

They got me good with this a few days ago, message was "i feel like someone is watching me.."

 

i'll tell ya, had me looking around frantically and i fucking ran the hell away from where i was.
