Game Freezes whenever I press a button ingame

It was working fine literally two days ago, but ever sinc elast night my game will freeze unless I wait a VERY long time after loading into the server. I can look around and zoom in but the second I press any button it freezes and I have to CTRL Alt Del. I've tried waiting and nothing happens.
