I was not in shock, not bleeding, not in pain. I logged out and a friend came on so we logged back in. Upon logging in, I passed out.

This is happened to me too. Couple times on different servers.

I've been having the same trouble all day today, and I'm playing on North Carolina 3.

Server hopping can cause that. If you really only played on 2 servers over a long spawn then either you got hurt and didn't know due to de-synch or it is really just a random bug.
