reverend 0 Posted June 28, 2012 At the point we are at now no one trusts anyone, there is no way to tell friend from enemy. The problem is in real life you can tell a persons intentions from the way they act. If you are looking at someone from t he woods & they are scannong around with thier scope into a city you would know they are up to no good. If they were scaning a city for food help you would think better of them. Not to add facial expresion, hand gestures, all things we judge people with in normal life without even thinking about it. Unfortunatlely this and any other game can not create those situations (yet). I think that bringing back a bandit skin (now hear me out) as well as chaning the spawn points for the ZED will help make for a more challenging & team oreinted game. Instead of the ZED popping right back up in the village they were killed in have them spawn in the woods & be programed to head toward the nearest village/city. This way the woods will no longer be safe, you will have to work together to survive. Also camps will have the threat of having Zombies walk through. It would bring the vibe like in the TV series walking dead of herds of zombies walking towards a populated area. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

reverend 0 Posted June 28, 2012 I meant to bring back the bandit skin. However after thought I think I have a better solution. If you are within voice range you can see the players tag if they are on your team ie. Bandit/Survivor. That way even someone wearing a guile suit will be visible as a teamate. This should be possible in ARMA code and would alow people to wear different skins as well. This also allows the bandit sniper types to kill from a long range.
