so I was playing on the exp build servers and it was 1700 game time and already quite dark. pulled out one of my road flares (my new favorite item) and continued on with my adventures. well I was at the military base north of kamenka and ran into some zombies, well had to open inventory, turn on headlamp, close inventory, put away my flare, take out my gun, shoot zombie.

 

are there plans to make turning on and off the headlamp/weapon light via action bar?

are there plans to hold a 1h item in each hand (flare in left hand, machete in right hand)?

 

as it stands now I dont hate playing during night time, but i hate the cumbersome actions it requires to have light and the ability to fight off zombies or other players
